Reservations are secured by a 30% ( of full cost) as down-payment.

1a. For long stays or large amounts we require a bank transfer, to one of our bank
accounts. ( International Bank Account Number)
The bank details will be given to you by e-mail upon your reservation request booking

1b. You can send a post international money order to our postal address
(sorry, personal cheques are not accepted).


2. For short stays, less than 3 days, reservations are secured by a 50% ( of full cost) down-payment.

3. One night stay, is charged with additional 20% of the official room price.

4. Last minute bookings are prepaid in full.

We regret that credit card payment is not yet acceptable at La Veranda, but we expect it to be available soon.

Once the down payment is received, we send you by fax or e-mail your reservation confirmation
- please have with you the bank deposit receipt or the post down payment receipt, upon your arrival at La Veranda, you will be asked to present it during check-in .



Our cancellation policy

Cancellations are accepted only in writing, by either e-mail or fax.
 

General Rules:
 

- Cancellations up to one month before arrival date, carry no cancellation fee.

- For cancellations 21days prior to arrival date, a fee representing 50% of total reservation cost will be withheld.
- For cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date, "no-shows",  shortened stays, change of schedules, without prior advance notice, carry a full charge.
**Please note that all La Veranda rates, requirements and cancellation fees, are approved by the Greek National Tourist Organization, Greek Legislation N1652/86 ΦΕΚ 167 Á'

for any last minute changes on reservation requests that can not be achieved, loss or damage caused by events
such as airplane/boats schedules, delays, bad weather conditions, strikes etc
