Coadjutant is
a staff member of La Veranda of Mykonos who
assists guests, during their staying at our
accommodation complex, providing them with all
necessary help that they may need.
When
you arrive at La Veranda of Mykonos, your
Coadjutant will be there to welcome you, escort
you to your room, explain the basics in the room
and La Veranda accommodation complex, so you
will get familiar with the place you stay, offer
you a complimentary drink /refreshment, happy to
answer all of your questions and will be
available to you
every step of your staying, working with you to
help you choose from a meticulously researched
range of options for activities, excursions,
clubbing and dining. Your Coadjutant is
fluently speaking English and is
intimately familiar with Greece, specialized in
Mykonos and Delos islands and culture and have
personal knowledge of the many hidden treasures
that lie awaiting you.
All services your personal
Coadjutant will provide to you, from the time
you will arrive at La Veranda of Mykonos,
such as tourist information, car n bike rental
help, personal secretarial assistance for
messages, faxes, e-mails, ticket confirmation,
happy to recommend a variety of bars n
clubs, suited to your particular tastes, and all
other help needed till your departure, are
complimentary from La Veranda
of Mykonos, (gratuities to your
Coadjutant are optional ).

La Veranda of
Mykonos has scheduled for you, who are coming
for the first time in Mykonos island, a guided
tour with a small fee per person, to the most
interesting sites of Mykonos town, rich in
history and culture, offering much to see and
plenty to learn. You can head off to the main
Mykonos Town and stroll through the picturesque
white-washed lanes, and visit the famous
windmills and churches. Of course, your personal
Coadjutant will guide you to this tour.

The tour
includes:
1. The Agricultural museum -
Bonis Mill
which was used to grind local
and imported grain using the
ceaseless power of the north
wind from the 17th century to
this day. Today the mill grains
a small amount only as tourist's
attraction.
2. Manto's
Statue-Square and old port
Manto Mavrogenous was a mykonian
heroine of the greek war of
independence back at 1821.To pay
homage, the Mykonians have named
after her Hora's central square
where her bust has been raised.
It is the central meeting point
of Mykonos town, here is the
taxi terminal and at the old
port are all cafeterias where
you can taste greek coffee or
experience the greek national
drink, ouzo.
3. Matoyanni
street - Agia Kyriaki
church-Lena's house
Matoyanni street is the central
street of Mykonos town. Here you
can find many tourists shops,
restaurants, and famous bars
(like Pierros bar). Visit a
sample of Greek Orthodox church
at Agia Kyriaki and then Lena's
house which is a tradditional
18th century mykonian house
preserved and kept ( furniture,
appliances, clothing) as it was
then.
4. The Naval
Museum of Aegean
It is considered to be one of
the best museums of the country,
dedicated to seafaring and the
Aegean sea, with splendid models
of ancient rowing vessels and
modern sailing boats and
steamboats, covering prehistoric
to modern times period.
5. Mykonos Folk
Art Museum
Here you will see a remarkable
collection of old furniture,
icons, engravings, ceramics etc.
6. Panagia
Paraportiani
One of the most famous
architectural structures. The
two story structure was molded
together utilizing four of it's
churches to form a base for the
fifth church which when placed
on top formed a central domed
roof.
7. Little Venice
Here the 16th - 17th century
buildings have been constructed
right on the sea's edge with
their balconies overhanging the
water.
8. Alefkantra
area - Kato Miloi ( windmills)
Well known restaurants with
fresh seafood are situated in
Alefkantra area. Here you can
find Petros the Pelican, the
mascot of Mykonos town, and
admire the windmills who
dominate at the end of Mykonos

The tour includes:
Visit
the northern beaches like Tagoo,
Tourlos
( where is the new port of
Mykonos)
Panormos and Ftelia, where you
can see the Prehistoric
settlement of the 5th century
b.c.
The southern beaches like
Kalafatis, Kalo Livadi, Elia,
the famous around the world
Paradise beach, Platy Gialos,
Psarou and Ornos.
In between you will stop at the
charming village
of Ano Mera, where you will be
visiting the impressive
Panagia Tourliani Monastery
The tour
lasts about 2 hours. Fees
include the mini bus transfer
departing from La Veranda's
premises and guide to the sites
from your personal Coadjutant.
